Chain App

 

Providing riders with the quickest way to communicate - Ruroc’s Chain App is the brand’s first venture into digital products. Leading the strategy and app design direction, Chain aims to become the main customer portal, supporting the product UX and CX.

 
 
 
 
 

A/B Testing: Product Sizing

 

Original sizing UI did not provide reassurance, resulting in significant Add-to-Cart drop-off. To fix this I conducted a number of internal workshops to better understand the areas of customer frustration and we ideated options to directly target these user problems.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Results

 

The designs were A/B Tested using Convert platform resulting in clear improvements and new versions being made live. This resulted in reduced CX sizing support tickets and improved conversion.
